Gravity
Filling is carried out by the liquid being delivered
from a known head level and flowing by gravity.
Once the pre-set filling level is achieved,
the excess product is returned to the filling
tank.
The filling tank is manufactured in AISI316,
as well as all the parts in contact with the
product.
Machine types suitable for treating PET/PE/HDPE
bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck
holding system.

Gravity
Light Pressure
With this system a constant pressure, by means
of sterile air or inert gas, is created inside
the filling tank. The pressure can be adjusted
from 0,1 to 0,5 Bar.
The filling of the bottle is therefore facilitated
by the pressure created inside the tank, filling
to a prescribed level.
Once the pre-set level is achieved, the product
in excess is collected in a recovery tank and
afterwards it can be sent again to the process
system, before filling.
The filling tank is completely manufactured
in AISI316, as well as all the parts in contact
with the product.
In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE
bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck
holding system.
Vacuum
This filling system is equipped with a vacuum
pump that creates a depression inside the container.
Filling is carried out after the depression
phase.
Once the pre-set level is achieved, the product
in excess is returned to a recovery tank where
it can be sent on to the process system if required.
The filling tank is completely manufactured
in AISI316, as well as all the parts in contact
with the product.
Counter-pressure
This system is suitable to fill still or carbonated
liquids at low or ambient temperature.
The filling product tank handles pressures of
6 Bar and is tested at a pressure of 9 Bar,
certified by PED (EEC approved).
The distributing nozzle is completely manufactured
in AISI316, in accordance to the sanitary regulations.
Machine models are available to treat PET/PE/HDPE
bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck
holding system.
Hot Filling FHP/Cold
Filling FCP
Filling is carried out by gravity and the system
is suitable to treat products from an ambient
temperature up to 90°C.
The excess product, after the self-levelling
filling, is sent back to the preparation and
filtration plant.
The product flow to the filler is adjusted by
a modulating valve in order to give a constant
control of the product flow.
Machine model are available to treat PET/PE/HDPE
bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck
holding system .
Volumetric
This system is equipped with a set of dosing
pistons that take the product from the filling
tank, positioned in the centre of the filler;
the liquid is then volumetrically measured and
is positively displaced into the container.
This is a highly effective and accurate system
that can be either operated by pneumatic or
mechanical actions.
Electronic EFS

This technology can be supplied also in ULTRACLEAN
and ASEPTIC versions (see also
Latest Technologies).
The filling system avoids the contact between
the container and the filling tube.
The electronic flow meter used is a dosing device
based on the product conductivity and electric
resonance principles.
This filling system guarantees:
1. That the product flow runs from the feeding
tank to the container through a tube only, without
threads and without liquid dead end points;
2. During the filling phase the filling tubes
do not contact the container;
3. During the filling phase, the air inside
the container does not renter the filling tank;
4. The product volume can be changed simply
on the control panel;
5. High filling precision;
6. Easy access to all of the components, allowing
their removal for inspection and cleaning;
7. The parts in contact with the product can
be sterilised at a temperature of 120°C;
8. Simple to clean with reductions in washing
and giving low maintenance time.
This system is suitable for Clean, Extended
Shelf Life and Aseptic filling of the products.

Counter-pressure Electronic ISO EFS
Following the evolution of the traditional counter-pressure
filling system and due to many years of study.
Ave Industries has launched its new filling
technology for the Counter-pressure Electronic
ISO EFS filling system.
This filling system guarantees:
1. The filling of carbonated products at the
temperature of 16-18°C
2. An increase of the filling speed of up to
20%;
3. A precise and constant volumetric fill;
4. A simple and quick change of the volume,
with the pre-set volume doses available from
the control panel;
5. The possibility of filling products with
or without fruit pulp;
6. A notable reduction of the maintenance time;
7. A notable reduction of the time needed to
change the product to be filled;
8. A dramatic reduction of the C.I.P. and signification
time.
In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE
bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck
holding system.
